Welcome to the Grand Rapids Theatre Forum, our mission is to organize a theatrical third space where we can create a theatrical third space for the people in our region. Through regular workshops led by experienced professionals with deep connections to our region. Topics from acting techniques to stagecraft, from playwriting to producing. Whether you're honing your craft or exploring new horizons, our workshops provide the tools, knowledge, and inspiration you need to excel in the performing arts.

Monthly Assembly meetings are a key building block to GRTF's offline organizing. Once a month, the theatre community is invited to come together for interactive sessions, lively discussions, and invaluable networking opportunities. It's a chance to connect, learn, and grow within our vibrant community and is a space for industry professionals, aspiring artists, and theatre enthusiasts alike. 

 

The Winter Theatre Forum, serves as a vibrant gathering place for the local theatre community, fostering collaboration, sharing of inspiration, and celebration of our talented performing artists. At the Winter Theatre Forum, held biannually, participants immerse themselves in a dynamic atmosphere filled with performances, workshops, and insightful discussions. From seasoned professionals to budding artists, everyone finds a place to shine and contribute to our rich tapestry of theatrical expression.​​
